The world is changing at an exponential rate. As technologies like robotics, quantum computing, and generative AI enter the mainstream, our organizations, governments, and communities are at risk of being left behind with no chance of catching up. The previous cycle of letting others be innovative, working out bugs, and then adopting their strategies is no longer viable if you are to remain relevant. The cycle of "Imitation as Innovation" is broken and needs to stop. That's where Origin AI (Augmented Intelligence) steps in. Origin AI was founded on one simple principle: leave no one behind. Founded by two serial tech entrepreneurs, Origin AI is more than just a technology or consulting company. Rather than uniting over technology, the founders have united over helping people. Co-founder John McElligott grew up on the mission field and watched his father plant churches in the United Kingdom. From London to the cliffs of Falcarragh Ireland, John watched his father relentlessly pursue those he felt needed to be included, and that deep-seated belief is still a main driver for John today. On the flip side, Co-founder Frankie Russo grew up in a family that ran homeless shelters in Pittsburgh, PA and Lafayette, LA. Frankie watched his parents feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and provide a roof over the heads of the homeless. It is on the deep-seated belief that everyone deserves an opportunity that Origin AI is founded on.
A. R. C. FRAMEWORK
AWAKEN
Origin AI has a distinct and unique process that focuses on three parts. Sticking to the trademarked A.R.C framework (Awaken, Reboot and Create) John will present to your team with one specific goal: create a universal baseline by shaking the foundations of your long held beliefs. Through real-world examples, up-to-the-minute demos of emerging technologies, and masterful storytelling, John will break down any and all preconceived notions on where we are and where we are going in an action-packed first hour. Warning: This will not be a comfortable start to the journey, but rather a necessary one, so buckle up!
REBOOT
After this "breaking down" phase, Frankie will step in to build you back up in our Reboot phase. With less of a focus on tech, Frankie will focus on how you maintain your culture and mission as you adopt these new technologies and shift into an exponential impact cycle. All through the eyes of someone who maintained his culture as he scaled his company 60x (eventually leading to a multi-million-dollar exit and acquisition by a billion-dollar Fortune 500 company in 2021). Following these two sessions, John and Frankie will host a fireside chat with a member of team leadership as well as open Q&A. It is here that both teams will dive deeper into the challenges they are currently facing, the current fears and opportunities specific to your industry, as well as answer any nagging questions that have been brought to the forefront during the presentations. After this stage is complete, one-on-one interviews will be scheduled with leadership and select team members, to be conducted remotely. During this phase, Origin AI will dive deeper into some of the concerns that team members have, as well as get a better understanding of day-to-day tasks and overall strategy. The purpose of these interviews is to gather facts and data, with the goal of providing a report and action plan for the implementation of emerging technologies and tools.
CREATE
At this final phase, the team will present via Zoom (or a platform of the client's choice) to leadership, team members, and optionally the board. This report will include their findings as it relates to readiness, risk of culture deterioration, as well as opportunities for increased efficiencies by leveraging AI and other technologies. This final report will include a list of AI tools that can be implemented immediately, as well as training on how to use these tools for increased output and augmentation. Thanks to the founders' deep understanding of tech, they have also formed Origin AI Labs as a way to better serve clients in developing new and novel technologies that do not yet exist, but represent major growth opportunities. There are several models of how this can work and can be discussed upon final delivery. It is our passion to make sure no one is left behind.
